Notes on Using Pool Filters

Every device has its own considerations, and pool filters are no exception.

1. When the equipment is operating, pressure shock should be prevented, and reverse pressure should be prohibited.

2. If the pool filter is temporarily out of service, please do not dry the filter element, but soak it in a suitable sterilization solution (or inject the sterilization solution into the container), drain and clean the sterilization solution before reuse clean.

3. If the pool filter is steam sterilized, the condensed water in the steam pipeline must be drained first, the steam pressure should not exceed 0.1MPa, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet chambers of the pool filter should not exceed 0.015MPa. Use clean compressed air to drain the liquid absorbed by the filter element before passing through the steam, otherwise the pool filter element will be damaged when passing through the steam.

4. Before the equipment is installed and used, it should be kept away from the fire source, properly stored, and protected from corrosion and damage.

5. When the equipment is operating under the condition that the temperature is lower than zero, the tank and pipeline should be insulated.
